Is this an official application?
No. It is a preliminary inquiry to a private law firm. A lawyer must review the applicable rules and the status of the official procedure.
Can a family apply together?
The announcement includes family categories and contributions. Relationship, age, family circumstances and the chosen route require individual review; adding a relative to this inquiry does not establish eligibility.
What happens after the inquiry?
The firm reviews the inquiry, identifies the consultation or proposal needed and confirms scope and fees. It does not automatically book an appointment or establish representation.
Should I upload documents now?
