File 5568-D-2026 sets out 21 requests for information from the Executive.

On 16 October 2026, Florencia Carignano filed a resolution proposal requesting information about intermediary selection and authorization, a possible official register, the AMIGO agreement, conflicts of interest and due diligence responsibilities.

It also asks about private fees and costs cited in commercial calculators. Those references do not establish official charges. Parliamentary questions neither prove wrongdoing nor themselves establish exclusivity or authorization.

This is separate from file 5330-D-2026. The record shows committee referrals; approval was not verified. It changes neither announced amounts nor the opening status of applications.

Our approach

At CAMEJO LAW FIRM, we distinguish professional fees, contributions, official charges and third-party costs. Our independent legal advice requires checking representation rules and official documentation, without guarantees of outcome.
