Two outlets reproduced a warning attributed to the provincial government on 20 October.
According to reproductions by San Juan 8 and Canal 13, the provincial government disputed institutional backing for XCity and advised checking authorizations before investing.
This report establishes neither a criminal offence nor a change to the national CBI programme.
