Purpose and information
We use your name, contact details, country and language to reply and prepare the consultation. F0 asks five general questions about goals, available funds and traceability, ties and prior investment in Argentina; it does not request background records or documents. B2B collects firm, website, organization type, interest and approximate inquiry volume, without client information. We also record optional referral, campaign codes, inquiry ID, consent version and receipt date.
Choices and scope
Authorization to handle this inquiry is required to submit through the form. WhatsApp replies and email updates are separate, unchecked choices. Email updates are not a condition of service and do not automatically enroll you in a subscription. Submitting does not create representation or book an appointment. Do not use these forms to send passports, bank details, background records or identifying information about minors.
Security and providers
Reception uses Netlify Functions and Netlify Blobs in Ohio (USA), with additional encryption of responses. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse; it receives a verification token and IP address for that purpose. Netlify receives technical connection information. The system uses derived IP/email identifiers for abuse limits without storing those raw values in counters. HubSpot is used for inquiry follow-up when the integration is enabled. Only authorized staff access responses; they are not published or sold. These forms do not automatically determine legal eligibility.
Retention and transfers
The operating retention period for inquiries without engagement is 180 days from receipt. After removing inquiry content, an opaque identifier and erasure date remain to prevent accidental recreation; that identifier is retained for a further 180 days and then deleted; engaged matters follow their own retention rules. Provider deletion, technical logs and backups follow applicable procedures and may require staff intervention. Providers may process information outside Argentina. Activation requires review of contracts, the selected region and transfer safeguards; publishing this page alone does not enable reception. Abuse counters are short-lived and are purged automatically.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion or withdraw authorizations by emailing camejolawfirm@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Consult the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) for rights and complaint channels.
Email and Google authorization
The firm account connects to Google solely to verify its identity and send system emails. Reading and deleting messages are not requested. Tokens are stored as production secrets in Netlify. The account holder can revoke access through Google. Data obtained from Google APIs is used exclusively for this function, without advertising, sale or model training. Its use and transfer adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Partner access
The Partner Desk uses firm, professional email, role and an internal review record to issue an invitation. Tokens and sessions are stored as derived identifiers; the profile is encrypted. An invitation is single-use within 24 hours and a session lasts up to 8 hours; a Secure/HttpOnly technical cookie maintains access. Expired records are purged by a server job. No client files or documents are collected in that space.
